Webstore Returns and Refunds Policy
All firearms are non-returnable
Thank you for shopping at the PBR Manufacturing Webstore.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
With the exception of complete firearms, lower receivers, and serialized NFA items,Our Webstore products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased from our Webstore within 30 days from date of purchase
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a defective or incorrectly shipped product are refundable. Shipping charges incurred from incorrectly ordered or unwanted items are not eligible for refund.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Magazines
Due to the nature of the product, magazines are non-refundable. Magazines damaged during shipment are eligible for exchange only.
Restocking Fee
You will be charged a 25% restocking fee for items that are eligible for return. If you send us any product(s) without first receiving a RMA or return approval, we will not refund or return the product(s).

Refunds will be issued within four to six weeks from the date the warranty request was approved; however, in many cases, the refund will be issued faster.
