Machined in-house at PBR from our custom 6061-T6 aluminum extrusion, our Precision Line free-float handguards deliver exceptional quality and consistency. Unlike many manufacturers who simply cut holes and slots into their extrusions, we machine every exterior surface to ensure a uniform, flat finish. Our 4140 steel barrel nut requires no indexing for gas tube clearance and installs easily using a standard castle nut wrench.
